Affliction Build = PvP build ... instant curses, and more effectiveness from all your curses.
Demonology Build = 15% Sta for your demon and 8% more Sta for the lock
also nice bonus spell dmg and crit stats when using the soul link and master demonologist talents for the Felguard. This is also a nice raid specc
Destro Build = Nice dmg but pain in the ass for mana, your mana gain loose quite fast but the dmg you deal is quite strong ... not good for leveling coz you pull aggro from w/e demon you use ... good for raiding aswell although you might need to life tap alot...
